DESCRIPCIóN
Importante empresa del sector industrial está en búsqueda de un profesional que ocupe el cargo de HR Coordinator con las siguientes funciones:
- Coordinar los procesos de contratación y administración del personal con el agente o proveedor de RR. HH.
- Gestionar asuntos laborales: sueldos, beneficios, horarios, vacaciones y seguros.
- Administrar la oficina: viajes, pasajes, control de cuentas y horas extras, y supervisión del personal administrativo.
- Desarrollar y documentar políticas, procedimientos y lineamientos de gestión de RR. HH.
**Requisitos**:
- Profesional en Administración, Psicología o carreras afines.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en áreas de Recursos Humanos o posiciones similares.
- Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office y herramientas digitales de gestión.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Deseable experiência en entornos corporativos o empresas con estructuras organizacionales en crecimiento.
