misterb&b is the world’s largest short term rental marketplace dedicated to the gay community with 200,000 hosts over 135 countries. misterb&b was founded in 2014 and participated in Batch 12 of one of the top accelerator programs in the world, 500 startups. A team of 35 highly involved staff members work for misterb&b across our 3 offices: Los Angeles, Paris, and Lima.

We help the global gay community experience the world, feeling welcome everywhere they are, providing ways to connect with others at home and around the world. misterb&b is opening up more possibilities for travelers and more business for renters. We're a game-changer startup.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will work from Tuesday to Friday and Sunday to be able to attend our customers from all over the world.
- Your monthly goals will be to assist our users regarding their payments inquiries
- Processing payments and refunds
- Assisting our users to process payments online
- You will be in charge of providing our users with an incredible customer service and to help more and more of our clients feel more than satisfied with the misterb&b experience. You will have many opportunities to improve skills.
- Manage all kinds of situations: calm worried travelers and turn them into our best ambassadors.
- Reply quickly to a high volume of messages and questions from our users.
- Localize our users by giving them the best service possible so that they fall in love with misterb&b and use us regularly.

**Your are**:
Very comfortable on the telephone, not afraid to engage in sometimes complicated conversations with our users.

You have great commercial skills, and are not afraid of spending a lot of time over the phone.

You are a problem solver and want to help our users as much as possible with the site, as well as to provide a quality follow up service (like the one you’ve always wanted when you call a hotline)

You are organized and know how to balance multiple problems at once and to resolve them efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- Work experience in customer service
- Work experience in banking industry
- English and French is mandatory
- Desire to help others
- You support misterb&b and are excited at the idea of sharing your passion

**Other Details**:

- Contract length: 3 months renewable. (Testing period in recibo por honorario). After the initial three months, you will be included in Payroll
- Starting date: ASAP
- Full-time contract
- Basic salary: S/. 2,000 - S/. 2,100.
- Performance bonuses (after the testing period): S/. 420 - S/. 520.
- SCHEDULE: Tuesday to Friday from 7am to 4pm / Sunday: 12m to 9pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,620.00 per month
