**Location**: Lima, Peru

**Job Type**: Full-Time (48 hours per week), Remote

H&C Construction LLC, a U.S.based home remodeling leader, is seeking an **Estimator Support Agent** to handle the administrative aspects of estimation. In this role, the agent will handle the office-based aspects of the estimator’s responsibilities. While the onsite Estimator collects project data, you’ll focus on creating presentations, preparing cost estimates in JobNimbus, and communicating final prices to clients. Familiarity with construction costs and prior experience in cost-related roles in construction is highly valued.

**Work Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare project presentations and detailed cost estimates using JobNimbus.
- Ensure timely delivery of price estimates to clients.
- Support field estimators with administrative tasks to streamline the estimation process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Advanced English (C1)** level required (evaluated during the interview). Ideally, you have at least 3 months of experience living in an English-speaking country.
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in a similar office-based support role.
- **Proficiency in JobNimbus **or similar project management tools.
- **Strong computer literacy and tech-savviness.**:

- **Resides in Lima, Peru**.

**Technical Requirements**:

- A **reliable internet connection** (minimum 20 MB) and a quiet workspace for video calls.

**Preferred (but not required)**:

- Background in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Competitive salary** at **S/.2,500** per month during the 2-month trial period. After the trial period, salary increases to **S/.3000**.
- **Half-month salary bonuses** in July and December.
