Job description:
(Lima-Peru) | Full time | $2500/mo + potential sales bonus. We’re International Languages, a fast-growing language service provider supporting hospitals, schools, courts, and organizations nationwide with interpreting and translation in 150+ languages. We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) full-time Sales Associate to help us expand our reach and build meaningful connections with new clients.

What You’ll Do?
- Research and bid on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for interpreting and translation services (aiming for 4+ per month).
- Identify and pursue high-value customer opportunities by creating targeted lists and outreach strategies.
- Monitor RFP bidding platforms, evaluate opportunities, and recommend the best prospects to pursue.
- Support marketing projects to engage current customers and strengthen our presence in the regions we serve.
- Provide general customer service support to our call center based in Lima, by answering incoming calls, fielding service requests, interpreting as needed, filling in as needed to support our scheduling team.

- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outgoing, personable, and energized by connecting with people.
- Tech savvy—comfortable using AI and apps to draft documents, research, and work efficiently.
- Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage projects independently.

The Perks
- S/. 2500.00/mo for 40-45 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Permanent position with all benefits, Essalud, ONP/AFP, work contract
- Flexible schedule: choose your hours between 8:00am - 5:00pm.
