**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with experience in cryptocurrency transactions to join our team. If you have a strong background in customer service, an understanding of blockchain technology, and a passion for helping users navigate the world of crypto, we’d love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and troubleshooting wallet-related concerns.
- Educate customers on best practices for secure cryptocurrency transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Work closely with the technical and compliance teams to escalate complex issues when needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with industry trends, blockchain technologies, and emerging security threats.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience in customer support (preferably in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain industry).
- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency transactions, including wallets, exchanges, private/public keys, and blockchain confirmations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to handle high-volume inquiries while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with compliance and security protocols in crypto transactions is a plus.
- Experience using CRM tools, helpdesk platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, or similar), and live chat support.
