This role directs the marketing and sales activities of the Motion Business in Peru, tasked with setting and profitably achieving key targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role you will define and implement sales and marketing initiatives in line with strategy, while proactively leading, developing and coaching the marketing and sales team.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Prepare the production budget, monitor its compliance, determine necessary actions in order to meet the budget.
- Develop programs, projects, objectives and metrics to lead a high performance organization, optimizing working capital in operations.
- Develop and execute plans to reduce the cost of little added value, increase revenue, meet the delivery time expectations offered to customers.
- Provide support to the sales team in meetings with clients, showing the capabilities of the Arequipa workshop.
- Ensure compliance with global HSE directives. Evaluate security risks and events and implement plans that seek the safety of personnel and the proper use of equipment.
- Guide, motivate, develop their direct and indirect reports according to ABB's global policies.
- Generating demand in the market to create growth in line with strategy and providing input to strategy.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and developing new customers to generate growth.
- Ensuring that agreed service levels are maintained through efficient business and support functions in back-end sales, as well as shared platforms.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical, Industrial Engineering and related careers. MBA (desirable).
- 8 years of professional work experience.
- 3 years of experience in the position, in leadership positions (supervisor, lead).
- Experience in managing similar workshops working with electric motors, inverters or similar products (must).
- Experience in maintenance (Head / Supervisor).
- L6S Certification.
- Intermediate English (must).
- Currently living in Arequipa or being able to move to Arequipa (MUST)
