For this, we seek to integrate a **Senior Team Lead** into our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide technical guidance and support, ensuring the team's professional growth.
- Project Management:

- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Technical Expertise:

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and contribute to the development and maintenance of critical systems.
- You will be required to code actively, not only lead a team.
- Security expertise is valued over banking domain knowledge.
- Communication and Collaboration:

- Foster effective communication within the team and with cross-functional departments.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Problem-solving and Decision-Making:

- Lead the team in addressing complex technical challenges and making informed decisions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to ensure system stability.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and methodologies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending their integration when beneficial.

**Qualifications**:

- Education:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a software development or related role.
- Proven experience in a leadership or team lead position.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Communication Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences (**in English**).
- Problem-Solving Skills:

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems efficiently.
- Team Collaboration:

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Project Management:

- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
