**Job description**
We are supporting our client in their search for a purpose-driven Sales Director to join their growing team based out of Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to support and shape the digital future of maritime commerce.

**The role**
This is an individual contributor role where you will be responsible for selling a comprehensive, cloud-based software solution for top shipping and commodity trading companies across the Middle East. You will grow our client’s already well-established sales effort and with no account management responsibilities, this role is all net new business. This role is perfect for a consistent overachiever with first-class enterprise sales skills.
- Other responsibilities include:_
- Leading complex deal cycles of 6-12+ months
- Delivering and exceeding annual sales targets for new business acquisition
- Building and executive territory sales strategies
- Independently build your own pipeline through prospecting activities
- Diligently track and manage all opportunities in SalesForce
- Maintaining strong product knowledge, solutions, and technology partners
- Collaborating with relevant management resources to drive strategies
**The requirements**
- You’ll have 10+ years of new business sales experience selling B2B, business-critical, SaaS enterprise software solutions and services, as well as _
- Prior experience and understanding of MEDDIC sales techniques
- Knowledge of ERP, trading, or finance-related software
- Confident C-level engagement skills
- Comfortable generating your own leads
- Proven track record of achieving $1m-$2m+ sales quotas
- Credibility across the Middle East with Tier 1s
- Systematic, methodical and process driven
- Hunter mindset
- Fluent in Arabic
- Willingness for regular business travel across the MENA and EMEA region
- You will already be located in the Middle East, living in Dubai or willing to relocate there._
