**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Execution**: Transform strategic visions into actionable plans, taking full ownership to guarantee successful project completions.
- **Administrative Excellence**: Manage the owner's schedule, communications, and project documentation with utmost efficiency, ensuring organization and confidentiality.
- **Operational Coordination**: Act as the primary point of contact between the owner and various stakeholders to ensure smooth operation across projects, with a special focus on enhancing HR and administrative processes.
- **HR/Administration Support**: Align HR and administrative functions with organizational goals, identifying and implementing improvements to foster a more efficient and effective work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a role with significant emphasis on project management, operational coordination, HR, and/or executive support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with administrative software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- **Ability to work during US Central Time hours** to ensure alignment with team and business operations.

Pay: S/.2,900.00 - S/.3,700.00 per month
