**About the role**

The Permit business is humming along and growing quickly, with leading healthcare companies as customers (companies backed by top Silicon Valley investors such as Y Combinator, General Catalyst, Kleiner Perkins, Stanford, and others). Unlike most startups, we are quite profitable and intend to stay that way. With that growth, we’re looking for an individual to step up and take point as our Operations Specialist in the Philippines, working directly with our CEO. Some of these responsibilities would include:

- Leading cross-functional projects that are the Founders’ top priority. You’ll be reporting directly to our Founders and working closely with them.
- Driving complex ops projects and supporting on recruiting projects as we grow our network of 50-state licensed physicians
- Building systems to manage and triage requests and interest we receive from new companies
- Helping hire and build out the Permit Philippines team as we continue to grow.

**About you**
- Currently living in either Philippines, South America, or South Africa
- Passion for or interest in working in healthcare and helping healthcare groups flourish
- Experience in operations or related roles
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Preference for US hours (e.g. US Eastern Time)
- Excited by a fast-paced, startup culture where you’ll navigate ambiguity and solve big problems.
- Commitment to working a single, full-time role with full commitment. We, unfortunately, cannot support folks that are looking for a second role in addition to their current role. We will compensate you excellently for this such that it shouldn’t be a concern.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: S/.4,000.00 - S/.5,000.00 per month
