**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and other departments in the company as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

**You are**:

- English bilingual and very comfortable on the telephone, you are not afraid to take the phone to engage in sometimes complicated conversations with our users.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Like challenges and opportunities to solve issues when presented
- Comfortable using computers
- Experience working with customer support
- You are organized and know how to balance multiple problems at once and to resolve them efficiently.
- You are familiar with the web and social media, tchat, facebook, twitter, which are today spaces of management of user questions and complaints.

**Qualifications**:

- Work experience in customer service (2+ years)
- Strong command of the English and French language
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Desire to help others.
- You support misterb&b and are excited at the idea of sharing your passion.

**Other details**:

- Contract length: 3 months renewable. (Testing period in recibo por honorario). After the initial three months, you will be included in Payroll
- Starting date: ASAP
- Full-time contract
- Basic salary: S/. 1,900 - S/. 2,000.
- Performance bonuses (after the testing period): S/. 500 - S/. 600.
- Night shift bonus: S/. 250
- Taxis covered by the company on Office days

**TOTAL OF UP TO: S/. 2,850**
- SCHEDULE: Tuesday to Saturday from 2am to 11am
- Hybrid work: 2 days at the office (Tuesday and Thursday) + 3 days at home

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: S/.1,900.00 - S/.2,850.00 per month
