Your role at Clorox:
Estamos en búsqueda de un Jefe de Catman/POS (BI) que encargará de potenciar las capacidades de ejecución, reporting del punto de venta y market data, para desarrollas los fundamentales de ventas. Asimismo, liderará y desarrollará las estrategias y trabajo de Category Management con ventas, marketing y los clientes. Estará a cargo del Knowledge management del comportamiento de las categorías y Shopper.

In this role, you will:
- Desarrollar capacidades de ejecución y reporting del punto de venta en canal tradicional y moderno, liderando el trabajo y gestión de las agencias. Desarrollar y mantener la correcta implementación de las guías de ejecución de assortment, merchandising, price y shelving.- Liderar la estrategia y agenda de trabajo del Category Management en el Canal Moderno en coordinación con ventas, Marketing y los clientes; desarrollando todo el proceso hasta la planogramación y asegurando la ejecución correcta en el punto de venta.- Mantener el tracking adecuado de los KPIs de assortment, merchandising, price y shelving.para ambos canales en calidad y tiempo.- Asegurar el entendimiento y liderar el entrenamiento del área de ventas en la gestión de assortment, merchandising, price y shelving; teniendo un rol fundamental para la cultura de ventas.- Gestión y control del presupuesto asignado de ambos canales.

- Buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales y comunicación efectiva.
- Manejo de presupuesto.
- Nível avanzado de office (Excel, word y Powerpoint).
- Spaceman (Deseable).
- Inglés a nível intermedio/avanzado.
