**Funciones del cargo**:

- Desarrollar segmentaciones de mercado que identifique necesidades específicas y que nos permita identificar oportunidades de ingresos, desarrollo de producto y retención.
- Identificar oportunidades a partir de la base, comportamiento e interacciones de los clientes y definir nuevas iniciativas, proponiendo productos o servicios adicionales, con la finalidad de incrementar los ingresos y rentabilidad.
- Coordinar implementación de las estrategias de Campañas de CVM.
- Coordinar iniciativas y asegurar la incorporación de planes y/o servicios que nos permitan concretar eficientemente las oportunidades identificadas.
- Negociar las cuotas de ventas y hacer seguimiento a las iniciativas del Canal.
- Liderar el Comité de Prepago y las iniciativas a desarrollar.
- Realizar el Plan de Mis y analizar las incidencias y mejoras para implementarlas.

**Requisitos**:
Formación universitaria concluida en Administración, Economía e Ingeniería
Experiência mínima de 3 años en posiciones de Estrategia y Desarrollo de Producto
Conocimientos en Planificación Comercial y tendencias de mercado
