**Position Title: Senior Human Resources Manager (WE OFFER **CAREER PATH)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic HR Planning**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address current and future HR needs.

**2. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding**:

- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires seamlessly.

**3. Employee Relations**:

- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management, handling conflict resolution and promoting positive workplace relationships.

**4. Performance Management**:

- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee development and productivity.
- Provide guidance on goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.

**5. Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
- Support career development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

**6. Compensation and Benefits**:

- Oversee the design and administration of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the company's offerings remain attractive.

**7. Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor HR policies and practices to mitigate legal risks.

**8. Employee Engagement**:

- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment.

**9. HR Technology**:

- Evaluate, implement, and optimize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant technologies.

**10. Leadership and Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance to junior HR professionals on complex issues and projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience of 5 years in a senior HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
