Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of Human Resources, based in Lima with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Head of Human Resources will manage and oversee all HR-related functions, including strategic HR management, employee relations, policy development, and compliance with labor and employment laws. Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, overseeing the implementation of HR policies, resolving employee concerns, managing workforce planning, and ensuring adherence to relevant labor regulations. The role requires a strong focus on fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the company's mission of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management for HC over 1000 employees.
  • Thorough knowledge of Labor and Employment Law (Peru)
  • Proficient in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and team engagement
  • Strategic leadership and effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
  • Experience in multinational or outsourcing environments is a plus
