Directs and supervises work team under his charge to accomplish with the targets, times and costs of the projects and assigned support functions. **¿Qué esperamos de ti?** - Graduate / Degree in System engineering or Computer science (University student). - Knowledge in Administration of resources, coaching, leadership. - Certificate in ITIL Foundations - Knowledge of operative platforms and server products (S.O., DBMS, Application Servers, Courier service). - Studies in Project Management according to the guidelines and referential framework of PMI. - Studies in project Management (PMBOK) - Knowledge of Networking Cisco CCNA - Certificate in technologies Microsoft and/or related. - 08 years in different areas of systems with emphasis on technology projects and operations and preferably coming from the banking and/or Financial sector. - High level of knowledge and management systems of existing technologies for hardware, software and processes as well as industry standards such as ITIL. - Desirable who knows processes, datacenter management, contingency planning, technology infrastructure projects. - Ability to manage projects and resources. - Tangible achievements and tested in recognized companies in the middle. - Periodical travels for negotiation and / or project coordination, deployment on site of technology solutions, coordination with the System Management's Departments in Latin America (Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Mexico, Panama) and local staff in each of the countries. - Permanent availability 7 x 24 x 365 days by phone and mail in the local area (Peru). **¿A qué retos te enfrentarás?** - Leading the team of managers, specialists and technology analysts in charge, performing a constant coaching and maintaining the guidelines and expectations of the corporation. - Manage new IT solutions according to standards and BNS good practices balancing the functional and not functional requests at appropriate levels of prioritization and compliance. - Lead the design and implementation of IT initiatives and projects on new acquisitions of BNS in the LATAM region. - Lead the analysis, evaluation and design process management technology infrastructure aimed at fulfilling the strategic plan and roadmap of the CTO. - Leading consulting and ongoing initiatives to countries in the LATAM region to provide adequate support for the technological infrastructure implemented in projects implemented already. - Manage the projects designated by the Regional Manager of Infrastructure and Communications, managing the different resources (human, software, hardware, time, etc.) to achieve the project objectives. - Suggest or ask continuous improvement strategies with the incorporation of new technologies and infrastructure at reasonable cost. - Prepare budget of Hardware and Software for projects in which it has been designated as responsible. - Prepare project reports maintaining communications and stakeholder expectations aligned to the project objectives. - Develop and manage Gantt detailed regional projects under his charge. - Ensure that the support to global managed services is offered and provided according to the guidelines and corporate standards.
