**Requirements/Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or design.
- Should be speaking and writing English in a 100%.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential design build.
- Knowledge of bathroom and kitchen remodeling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Purchasing materials and fixtures according to PMs instructions.
- Keep tabs of ETA of materials and fixtures.
- Maintain contact with vendors.
- Register the materials and fixtures at the warehouse.
- Communicate with suppliers and contractors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials.
- Supervise pricing of estimates.
- Help update pricing database.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of local and national building codes, and DMV permitting process.
- Strong ability to build relationships (internal and external), effectively communicate and positively influence direct reports, coworkers and clients.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities; experienced and creative problem solver.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; demonstrated track record for flexibility along with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong capability to communicate with the members internal and externally.
