**Location**: Lima, Peru

**Job Type**: Full-Time (48 hours per week), Remote

H&C Construction LLC, a remodeling company in the U.S., is seeking a **Logistics Coordinator **to join our team. This 100% remote role is ideal for a logistics professional with experience in inventory management, supplier coordination, and CRM systems, capable of managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.

**Work Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing inventory for construction materials and tools, ensuring stock levels align with project needs.
- Communicating and negotiating with suppliers to purchase renovation and construction supplies.
- Managing drivers’ routes for the timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Tracking and updating project data, supply orders, and delivery schedules in the company’s CRM system.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry to maintain operational workflows.

**Qualifications**:

- **Advanced English (C1)** level required (evaluated during the interview). Ideally, you have at least 3 months of experience living in an English-speaking country.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, **preferably in the construction or renovations industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management, supplier relations, and logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data management systems.
- Dual monitor setup and reliable equipment for remote work.

**Technical Requirements**:

- A **reliable internet connection** (minimum 20 MB) and a quiet workspace for video calls.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Trial Period (3 months)**: Competitive salary starting at S/.2,500 per month.
- **Post-Trial: Salary increases to S/.3,000 per month.**:

- Half-month salary bonuses in July and December.
