Resumen de Posición:
Responsible for data entry, recording of expense and cost documents, bank reconciliations, and collaboration with monthly accounting closing and financial reports.
Responsabilidades Esenciales:
- Responsible for bank reconciliations
- Support the monthly accounting closing process.
- Entry of cost and expense data.
- Assistance with physical inventories.
- Responsible for the correct filing of documents.
- Responsible for the payment schedule.
- Control of fixed assets
- Analysis of minor accounts.
Requisitos del Puesto:
- 01 year of experience in Accounting
- Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and have strong communication and customer service skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or student of the last courses.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
- PC management with Windows and Office programs, mainly Excel (intermediate level required), Word and PowerPoint.
- Basic level of written and oral English.
