Our client is defined as an economic conglomeration with a presence in multiple industries, which seeks generation of new businesses, with a long-term projection.
**Descripción**:
Reporting to the Senior Directorer, your principal functions will be:
- Development and generation of new businesses in Peru and others Latin American markets.
- Generation of new business for the recently made investment, within the Health and Logistics industry.
- Market analysis, analyzing financial statements, reviewing complex financial projection models, preliminary valuation analysis (CF approach, market approach) and preparation of presentation materials.
- Preparation of presentations for Management.
- Assists in the execution of projects that are approved: diligence process, structuring, documentation, negotiation, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing and/or similar, with at least 5 years of experience in the commercial area.Experience in the financial sector, desirable boutique banking.Management of technological tools: business intelligence, power BI, mastery of technological tools
