**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Draft and file legal documents in court related to Lemon Law cases
- Prepare and organize repair invoices, service records, and vehicle histories
- Draft letters of representation, demand letters, and legal pleadings specific to Lemon Law claims
- Communicate with clients regarding timelines, documentation needs, and case status
- Coordinate with manufacturers, dealerships, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses
- Organize and maintain case files, including service records and technical documentation
- Conduct legal research on Lemon Law statutes, regulations, and precedent
- Draft petitions, motions, and discovery tailored to consumer protection and warranty law
- Manage and track deadlines for responses, filings, and court appearances
- Maintain detailed and accurate client communication logs and case notes

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum of 1 year of direct experience working as a Lemon Law paralegal** is required
- Solid knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and consumer protection law
- Familiarity with legal writing, especially in demand letters and settlement negotiations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and legal document management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must have access to a personal laptop/desktop (minimum 8GB RAM, Intel Core i5 or higher) with a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)

Pay: S/.4,065.00 - S/.4,472.00 per month
