We are a talented team of experienced online marketing experts, specializing in optimizing all aspects of Amazon advertising. We grew more than 100% in the last 12 months, as we grow, there are many opportunities to grow with us.

We are looking for an energetic and committed employee as our Amazon client list is growing, we need more people on the Amazon Ads team.

Now we are hiring a new **Amazon PPC Ads Manager**.**
- **German: C1 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions**:

- **English: B2 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions**:

- **At least 2 Years of Experience working in Amazon Ads Campaign Manager troubleshooting and optimizing PPC Ad Outcomes.**:

- Mastery of managing Amazon Ads
- Mastery of communicating with Amazon Ads clients
- Knowledge of Amazon Ads Campaign Manager
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Efficient, unemotional approach to work stress and problem solving.

As an **Amazon PPC Ads Manager**, you will:

- Manage multiple clients’ Amazon PPC Campaign Manager account, building and managing Amazon PPC to meet assigned Goals and Budgets
- Work on other assigned Marketplace Ads (Walmart, Target, eBay, etc) when tasked
- Troubleshoot, optimize and report on Spend, Sales, and other metrics with the client and your Team Manager
- Convert the optimization training we give you into the ability to diagnose and derive clear, actionable insights from the Campaigns that you manage
- Work well with your peers and Managers, always respecting every individual on the team and within the Client’s business, including helping any others on the team to achieve their assigned Goals. If you know how, guide others
- Meet Online (Zoom, Google Meeting) with clients during their working hours (often means meeting during USA & Western Europe work hours)
- Promote PPC Performance Excellence, Outstanding Spend Stewardship, Irreproachable Ethics, and Professional Growth of all Team Members

**What do we offer**:

- Full time, 40 hours per week
- Flexible hours, but it is important (and required) to keep in touch with the clients and be able to be present at the meetings on their time schedule
- Competitive monthly salary of $2500 to $3500 USD gross
- Contractor for 90 days during the probation period then if both parties agree, convert to Employee status with Paid Time Off, Healthcare, and more.

**A 90 days trial period is envisaged for this position.**

**Salary**: S/.9,636.08 - S/.13,490.51 per month
