Due to the growth of our teams and the company as a whole, we are looking for a professional People Partner to join us at our cozy office in Lima, Peru.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
- Experience in implementing changes and supporting employees in adapting to new processes.
- Ability to analyze the causes of staff turnover and develop programs to reduce it.
- Skills in holding one-to-one meetings, identifying problems and developing recommendations.
- Experience in organizing and conducting Performance Reviews, developing employee development plans.
- Ability to support managers in managing teams and developing talent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support for the implementation of HR processes and changes: Ensuring high-quality implementation of new HR processes and changes, consulting employees and managers, minimizing resistance to change.
- Management of staff turnover: Analysis of the causes of staff turnover, development and implementation of employee retention programs, increasing satisfaction and productivity.
- Onboarding of new employees: Ensuring high-quality completion of all stages of adaptation by new employees, continuous improvement of the adaptation process based on feedback and results.
- Employee development: Identification of development areas, analysis of performance results, provision of feedback, support for employee career growth, formation of individual development plans.
- Feedback and communication: Regular one-to-one meetings with employees, collection of feedback to identify problems and improve work processes, consulting on career growth issues.
- Administration of HR processes: Timely execution of operational HR tasks (onboarding, transfer, offboarding), maintaining HR analytics and reporting (weekly/monthly).
- Consulting for managers: Providing consultations and recommendations to managers on issues of management and team development, assistance in resolving personnel issues, assistance in improving the efficiency of teams.
