We are hiring on behalf of our client, one of LATAM's most dynamic and fast-growing iGaming brands We are looking for a **People Experience Partner** to join the team for** full-time** employment in the **office** in Lima, Peru.

As a **People Experience Partner**, you’ll support their People Team and help make the company a great place to work.

You will:

- Assist with **day-to-day People operations** and administrative tasks.

- Support **People Business Partners** in implementing company frameworks and initiatives.
- Help organize **company events, team buildings, and celebrations**.

- Support **onboarding activities** for new joiners (welcome gifts, introductions, etc.).
- Participate in **employer branding activities** and internal communication initiatives.
- Provide general **support to employees** and ensure everyone feels welcomed and valued.

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and spoken **English**
- **1-2 years of experience** in HR, administrative, or people-related roles (internships count)
- **Bachelor’s degree** (preferably in social sciences or a related field)
- Good command of **Microsoft Office / Google Workspace**
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A **proactive and open-minded** attitude with a genuine interest in people and teamwork

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in the **iGaming industry**

- Previous work in an **international or multicultural environment**
