**What You Will Do**
**The Lead Data Engineering Analyst will partner closely with the Operational Data Strategy Manage to set global strategy for Kenvue to deliver data-driven capabilities. This role will focus on managing capabilities delivered through the operations data hub and drive enhancements on the data assets to support Contact Center Operations reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, implement and manage effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve data.
- Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations.
- Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.
- Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
- Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features.
- Recommend solutions to improve new and existing integration from different systems.
- Mentor members through training and individual support.

**Qualifications**:
**What We Are Looking For**

**Required Qualifications**
- Must have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant business experience.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, IT or Supply Chain is required.
- Proficiency in Snowflake data warehousing and Power BI (or similar tools)
- Hands on experience in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
- High level understanding of information and data architecture.
- Strong data management and governance experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
