In this role, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.

**This position reports to**:
Project Manager Officer

**Your responsibilities**:

- Generate business opportunities in the project line,
- Ensure the execution of all contracts we have with customers.
- Loyalty and maintain relationships and business opportunities (4 large and medium accounts).
- Responsible for the proper execution of all services and contract scope (follow up, review of KPIs).

**Your background**:

- Engineering Bachelor´s Degree.
- +8 years of overall experience.
- 5 years of experience in the position of Project Manager or similar (from all aspects, developing strategies and generating business opportunities).
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Experience in the automation, GMD and mining sector.
- Advanced English level (Must)
