- 2-3 años de experiência previa como Service Manager de telecomunicaciones
- Bachiller o Ingeniero/a de carreras de redes, sistemas, electrónica, computación, informática o carreras afines.
- Conocimientos en gestión, configuración y monitoreo de equipos
- Certificación ITIL (excluyente)
- Certificación de Networking, Herramientas de mesa de ayuda
(deseable).
- **Principales funciones**_
- Documentar procedimientos, manuales, usuarios de acceso.
- Definir procedimientos para atención de incidentes, requerimientos, problemas y mejora continua.
- Satisfacción del cliente.
- Garantizar cumplimiento de SLA.
- Garantizar continuidad operativa de las herramientas asignadas a Italtel para su operación y administración.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los entregables del Servicio segun contrato
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento en el cliente
- Mejora continua
