El equipo de Siemens Mobility Perú se encuentra en búsqueda de un experimentado profesional para asumir el rol de Contract Management Professional.

Misión:
Dar soporte a los socios técnicos y comerciales responsables del negocio sobre temas contractuales y societarios en todas las etapas del proyecto en marcha como así también en posibles nuevos emprendimientos en estrecha cooperación con responsable regional de asuntos legales y el equipo de gestión del proyecto.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Analizar eventos y brindar opiniones profesionales de manera proactiva dentro del proyecto en marcha, licitaciones y contratos
- Verificar el cumplimiento de directrices y/o procesos internos y externos.
- Participar en negociaciones contractuales y en la formulación/implementación de la estrategia de negociación y resolución.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas internas y el cumplimiento de la normativa externa en el área de competencia.
- Desarrollar, implementar y revisar regularmente la estrategia de reclamaciones con respecto a clientes, proveedores y socios junto con la gestión de proyectos.
- Capturar datos internos y preparar presentaciones y análisis enfocados en el negocio dentro del área de competencia
- Contribuir a la estandarización de contratos y procesos de mejora.
- Asegurar la identificación de oportunidades para minimizar los riesgos de los contratos y dar soporte en la planificación de estrategias de mitigación del riesgo comercial.
- Definir procesos de administración contractual (políticas, formatos, etc.).
- Prepara soportes de reclamos y manejo de disputas de acuerdo con las disposiciones del Contrato, las normativas internas de la compañía y la legislación peruana.
- Respaldar al Project Manager con negociaciones adecuadas y gestión de órdenes de cambio, de modo que se minimicen los riesgos.
- Administrar y manejar la documentación societaria acorde a las normativas internas y la legislación peruana.

**Requisitos**:

- Profesionales de las carreras de Derecho.
- Preferentemente contar con acreditaciones (Especializaciones, Diplomados, Maestrías o similares).
- Experiência comprobada entre 5 a 8 años en la elaboración y control de contratos, deseablemente participando en actividades relacionadas al Derecho Societario/Registral y Derecho de la Construcción
- Visión holística (técnica, financiera, recursos, entornos cambiantes, etc.) y estratégica sin perder la rigurosidad técnica necesaria para el cumplimiento de los aspectos formales.
- Inglés a Nível Avanzado.
- MS Office a Nível Avanzado.
- Competencias deseadas: orientación al cliente; orientación al logro; proactividad; comunicación a todo nível; atención al detalle; empatía; sensibilidad intercultural.
