**About The Opportunity**
We are looking for a Health & Safety Lead to Develop a culture of occupational risk prevention, implementing strategies and good practices to guarantee compliance with the current Occupational Health and Safety Regulations. In this role, you will:
- Identification and evaluation of risks that may affect health in the workplace.
- Surveillance of factors in the work environment and work practices that may affect the health of workers.
- Participation in the development of programs for the improvement of work practices, as well as in the testing and evaluation of new equipment, in relation to health.
- Advice on health, safety and hygiene at work and ergonomics, as well as on individual and collective protection equipment.
- Surveillance the health of workers in relation to work.
- Promotion of adaptation of work to employees.
- Collaboration in giving information, training and education in health and hygiene at work and ergonomics.
- Organization of first aid and emergency care.
- Participation in the analysis of work accidents and occupational diseases.
**About You**

- Bachelor in Administration or Degree in Health and Safety related.
- Minimum 5 years in the field.
- Advanced English level required.
- Experience in Office market field.
- Experience in Health and Safety norms and local regulations.
- Experience in managing Microsoft Office tools.
- Ensure the company complies with all legal regulations regarding health and safety.
- Be aware of changes in regulation and update of processes in matters of health and safety.
