General Description We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist with a
strong emphasis on lead generation, particularly
within the improvement industry. This role is tailored
for someone who excels in a dynamic environment,
adeptly managing substantial budgets across
platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. You will be
tasked with crafting and executing effective campaign
strategies, optimizing performance, and leading a
team to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Required Academic Background
Specific Responsibilities **Develop and implement effective lead**
generation strategies across Google Ads, Bing
Ads, and related platforms.
- Handle daily account management to ensure
optimal performance for mid-to-high-tier
accounts.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to
drive campaign optimization.
- Set up and oversee A/B testing processes to
continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Manage and adjust substantial budgets to
maximize returns on investment.
- Design strategic frameworks for
underperforming accounts, aligning them
with best practices.
- Guide and develop junior team members,
providing training and performance feedback.
- Conduct detailed campaign audits, offering
accurate insights and actionable
recommendations.
- Streamline and enhance processes to achieve
operational efficiency and ensure client
success.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to
improve conversion rates.
- Review and assess team performance
regularly, fostering professional growth and
development.
Professional Background &
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Paid Search
advertising with a strong focus on lead
generation.
- Knowledge in Google Ads, with hands-on
experience managing over $200K/month in ad
spend.
- Preferably, 1+ years of experience in an
agency setting.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
Advertising, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Excellent command of English, both written
and verbal.
