We are looking for an IT Recruiter with experience sourcing the best and most talented Software Engineers in Latin America.
**Location** Perú, Monterrey and Bogotá
**Responsibilities**
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter 1 year + (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing etc)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Similar
- English skills
