The Opportunity

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Reporting to the sector lead.
- Supporting and mentoring the client’s project managers and delivery teams in the integrated solutions workstream.
- Supporting strategic planning, project appraisal and project evaluation processes from project start to commissioning and handover.
- Being able to advise on procurement, project management, project controls, HSQE, stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer issues.
- Promoting agile and justified decision-making with the client to ensure the progression of the projects and to maintain the rate of execution.
- Ensuring that their projects are aligned with the programme’s structures and processes, led by the PMO.

About You

You have a civil engineering degree or another construction-related qualification required, a project management qualification, you demonstrate experience in the delivery of large fast-tracked programmes and you have the ability in working on multi-disciplined teams, and be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is desired.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have the ability to make sound decisions and demonstrate reasoning and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
