Ubicación: El Salvador - Atendiendo los departamentos de Santa Ana, Ahuachapán, Sonsonate y Chalatenango
Puesto: Stores & Partner Stores Territory Chief - Occidente
Propósito Principal: Serás responsable de impulsar la rentabilidad del canal de Tiendas y Partner Stores en tu territorio, asegurando la ejecución efectiva de las iniciativas comerciales y garantizando una operación de excelencia.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Asegurar la implementación de iniciativas comerciales que impulsen ventas, tráfico e ingresos en el canal.
- Ser responsable de los resultados financieros y comerciales del territorio asignado.
- Garantizar el abastecimiento de insumos, inventarios (móviles y home), y el correcto funcionamiento de herramientas tecnológicas y de seguridad en tiendas.
- Coordinar la ejecución operativa bajo altos estándares de calidad y eficiencia.
- Monitorear el mercado, identificar oportunidades de expansión y brindar retroalimentación estratégica al Territory Manager.
- Proponer mejoras operativas que optimicen la gestión del canal en tu territorio.
**Requisitos**:
- Educación: Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo o carreras afines. Se valoran estudios de posgrado o formación adicional en ventas, retail o gestión comercial.
- Experiência: Mínimo 3 años en roles similares, idealmente en retail, ventas o gestión de tiendas.
- Liderazgo: Capacidad comprobada para liderar equipos, fomentar el alto desempeño y crear entornos colaborativos.
- Tecnología: Dominio intermedio de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
