**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitoring and calculation of reliability KPI (RAM, MTBF, etc).
- Analyze predictive alerts from machine learning software ( for Rotaing and Mechanical assets)
- Identify threats and opportunities for Plant production and manage them in MTO (mitigate Threats and Opportunities) process.
- Analyze data and perform reliability analysis for rotating equipment.
- Lead and support technical investigation reports
- Bad Actor Management
- Propagate Reliability culture and lead by example.
- Support frontliners to improve Reliability competences, values and participation.
- Show commitment to complete assigned plans successfully.
- Involve in company innovation process.

**Required Skills**:

- Strategic perspective and ability to present and support information at the highest level.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, diplomacy, and tact.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.

**Required Experience**
- Professional in the careers of Rotating or Mechanical Engineer.
- 5 years + of effective experience, preferably in the mining, oil, energy, or gas industry.
- Experience working under atypical regimes.
