Impulse Latam is expanding We're a boutique recruitment partner dedicated to building high-performing, bilingual engineering and data teams for fast-growing companies in the US. We're looking for a proactive, results-driven **Bilingual Tech Recruiter** to join our fully remote team and help us scout the best talent across Latin America.

If you thrive on challenging searches, love diving deep into tech communities, and excel at building genuine relationships, this role is for you.

**What You'll Do**:
**What We're Looking For**:

- **2+ Years of Proven Tech Recruitment Experience**: A strong track record in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment, specifically recruiting for engineering and IT roles.
- **Bilingual Fluency (English & Spanish)**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages are a must.
- **Expert-Level Sourcing**: Demonstrated proficiency with **LinkedIn**and other advanced sourcing tools. Experience using **GitHub, Stack Overflow, or similar platforms** for talent identification is highly valued.
- **Hunter Mentality**: You're not just posting and praying; you actively seek out, engage, and persuade top passive talent.
- **Remote Work Savvy**: Comfortable and effective working remotely, managing your own pipeline and time.
- **Tech Savvy**: A solid understanding of modern tech stacks, programming languages, and industry trends.
- **Experience with Job Boards**: Familiarity with platforms like Indeed and other local LATAM job boards for strategic postings, but with a primary focus on direct hunting.
