Position OverviewWe are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our 100% remote team in Latin America. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding interpreters across multiple languages. Success in this role requires a strong ability to meet daily and weekly recruitment targets while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
Schedule and conduct virtual interviews via Google Meet.
Manage and maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
Track and report on recruitment KPIs (e.g., candidates sourced, interviews completed, hires made).
Ensure a professional, positive, and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within BPO, interpretation, or language services environments.
Bilingual proficiency in English (C1–C2) and Spanish, both written and spoken (mandatory and assessed during the process).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and recruitment goals.
Experience using sourcing and ATS tools such as Indeed, JazzHR, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms.
Must be based in Latin America.
