At Workana, we’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with strong technical skills, good judgment, and a mindset of continuous improvement.
You’ll join a small but committed frontend team where your input will have real impact — on how we write code, how we build features, and how we grow as a team.
We’re not looking for someone who’s already a lead. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take more ownership, and excited to help shape what a great frontend looks like at Workana.
**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the development of scalable and performant frontend features that directly impact our users.
- Contribute to key technical decisions and raise the bar on frontend quality.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend to build meaningful, scalable features.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with two frontend devs who are eager to learn and improve.
- Help bring structure to our approach to performance, testing, and maintainability.
- Explore and integrate AI-driven tools to improve developer efficiency and product quality.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in React (or modern frameworks like Vue) and know how to make thoughtful architectural decisions.
- Writes clean, maintainable code with an eye for performance and scalability.
- Cares deeply about user experience and design details.
- Enjoy collaborating and sharing knowledge — even if you haven’t had a formal mentoring role.
- Communicate clearly across disciplines and bring ideas with confidence and humility.
- Curious about how AI can be used to improve how we build — and not afraid to try new things.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.

About our hiring process
As part of our standard hiring process, we conduct professional reference checks with managers, colleagues, or clients you’ve worked closely with—typically after final interviews.

- Async video interview (10 min)
- Async technical test (60-90 min)
- Matcher screening (20 min)
- Cultural fit interview (45-60 min with Engineering Manager and Head of People)
- Live coding / Technical interview (45-60 min with two members of our Engineering team)
- CEO interview (30 min)
