**The Role**

In Systems Management at Kyndryl, you will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers’ IT infrastructure. You'll be the mastermind behind maintaining and optimizing their systems, ensuring they're always running at peak performance.

Not only will you be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, but you'll also have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions that will shape the future of the industry. You'll be at the forefront of new service preparation and change management processes, constantly learning and growing your technical expertise to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.

Your technical prowess will be put to the test as you troubleshoot critical customer situations and provide timely solutions to keep their systems secure, reliable, and efficient. You'll be the go-to expert for sizing and optimizing systems, ensuring our customers' business performance is always world-class.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

**Required Technical Knowledge and Experience**:

- **Middleware (JBoss Cluster)**:Minimum of 4 years of experience managing and administering JBoss clusters in high-availability environments.
- **WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss**:Minimum of 4 years of experience in the administration of WebLogic, Tomcat, and JBoss.
- **CA API Gateway**:Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing, managing, and optimizing CA API Gateway in production environments.
- **Confluent**:4 years of experience managing platforms based on Kafka (Confluent).
- **OpenShift**:4 years of experience in the administration and operation of OpenShift, container optimization, and resource management.
- **Workload**:4 years of experience managing and optimizing workloads on platforms such as OpenShift, Red Hat, etc.
- **Data Masking (TDM)**:Experience implementing tools and processes for data masking.
- **Fortify (Static Code Security Analysis)**:Experience using Fortify or other tools for static code security analysis.
- **Linux and Windows (Intermediate Level)**:Experience in administration and troubleshooting of Linux and Windows systems at an intermediate level.
- **IIS**:3 years of experience in configuring and managing IIS in high-availability environments.
- **R Server**:Experience in the administration and use of R Server for advanced data analysis.
- **SAS Server**:Experience in managing SAS Server for data analysis.
- **Power BI**:Experience in the administration and development of analytics solutions with Power BI.
- **Red Hat Ansible Tower**:Experience with Red Hat Ansible Tower for infrastructure automation.Bachelor's degree in a related field
