We are currently seeking an IT Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of information systems, technological infrastructure, and IT services, providing timely support and actively contributing to the organization’s digitalization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and corporate systems incidents. Administer and support SAP ERP and Microsoft 365 platforms (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), ensuring availability and proper use. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of IT and network equipment, coordinating with external vendors when required. Manage the lifecycle of technological assets, including acquisition, inventory, maintenance, and decommissioning. Train new employees on the basic use of corporate equipment and technology tools. Provide on-site support at offices and plants (short travel), excluding systems directly related to production. Implement and ensure compliance with information security policies, addressing incidents and promoting best practices. Prepare, update, and maintain manuals, procedures, and technical documentation. Propose and implement improvements in IT service management processes, focused on operational efficiency and service quality. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Networks, Information Security, or related fields. Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in similar corporate IT support roles. Technical Skills: Windows operating systems (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting). Microsoft 365 (advanced level). Office equipment support: computers, printers, mobile devices, and video conferencing systems. Office networks and connectivity. SAP ERP (preferred). Technology asset management and technical documentation. Languages: Advanced English (spoken and written). Advanced Mandarin Chinese (preferred). Tools: Microsoft 365, SAP ERP, Windows, remote support tools, and incident management systems. Key Competencies Strong service and user orientation. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaborative teamwork. Organization and priority management. Ability to work under pressure and handle critical incidents. Fast learner with adaptability to change. Continuous improvement mindset and focus on operational efficiency.
