**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, with at least 3 years in a
- construction environment.
- Strong understanding of construction accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks,
- Buildertrend, Procore, or similar).
- Proven experience with job costing, change orders, and billing for construction
- projects.
- Experience managing payroll and handling tax filings.
- Bilingual Preferred (Spanish)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance or related
- field preferred.
- knowledge in P&L and financial analysis
**Responsabilities**
Bookkeeping & Accounting:
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process and reconcile subcontractor and vendor invoices in accordance with
project timelines.
- Maintain and update general ledgers, ensuring accuracy and timely posting
of transactions.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant
regulations.
- Generate monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements,
balance sheets, and project-specific financials.
- Work closely with external accountants for tax filing and year-end financial
reporting.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control for ongoing and upcoming
projects.
- Construction-Specific Financial Management:
- Track project budgets, job costs, and change orders to ensure projects are
completed within financial parameters.
- Liaise with project managers and field teams to ensure financial data is
accurate and up-to-date.

**Job Details**:
- **Employment Type**: Full-time.
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with 1 remote day per week.
- **Job Location**: Surco (CC. El Trigal).
- **Salary**: 3200- 3800 soles negotiable
