**Responsibilities**:

- Lead daily communications with our business units, product teams and departments to inform and educate users about Binance products and developments through the designated channel
- Review company-wide updates and notices to ensure simple, precise and accurate messaging; to reduce user enquiries, and engage with our communities
- Coordinate cross-functionally to respond to and process internal/external enquiries on relevant updates for the channel under management

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in content writing, editing, proofreading and publishing
- Bachelor's degree or above in English, journalism, marketing or related fields
- Strong English writing and proofreading skills
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred to support wider APAC communication
- Strong communications, project management and organizational skills
- Action-driven, results-oriented, attentive to details and enthusiastic, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Comfortable working in a global environment
- Comfortable working in a rapidly-changing industry
- Background in traditional finance industry or the blockchain industry
