**Tus principales funciones serán**:
- Soporte continuo de clientes y usuarios mediante los canales oficiales de contacto
- Realizar documentos, videos, tutoriales y procesos que sistematizan las dudas e incidencias más comunes de los clientes con la plataforma.
- Actualización de indicadores internos
- Asegurar el proceso de QA a las funcionalidades nuevas o requerimientos previo a la liberación al cliente.
- Acompañamiento a los Customer Success Consultant en implementaciones a clientes corporativos que lo requieran.
