**DIRECTOR, PERSONAL BANKING CLIENT EXPERIENCE**

- Contrato a tiempo completo equivalente a un contrato a plazo indeterminado.

**Misión**:
Enhance and streamline the client experience for personal banking customers. This role focuses on developing and implementing key initiatives to improve client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by ensuring that all client interactions and services meet the highest standards of excellence. The leader collaborates to implement seamless, client-centric experience that supports the bank’s overall retail objectives.

**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
- University degree with a minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in retail channels/products
- Strong understanding of payments units, products, pricing and profitability, services, operations, systems, and practices.
- In-depth understanding of products-related operational processes and controls, including knowledge of organization and infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability in leading professional staff both in Head Office and across a distributed network.
- Strong diagnostic skills and proven ability to evaluate options/alternatives and develop recommendations for complex and multi-dimensional problems/issues.
- Expert Level Knowledge of International Financial Market.

**¿A qué retos te enfrentarás?**
- Support Country Retail Leader to manage product features and pricing, tailoring within parameters based on local market nuances.
- Assist in managing local market loyalty and partnerships.
- Assist in managing sales and service model in local market.
- Support in managingLocal Marketing campaigns, and other required client campaigns
- Act as a co-facilitator with key enabling functions in local market.
- Collect and report country-specific data and client feedback, informing regional performance and sales strategy.
- Directs day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank’s risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits. Communicates the Bank’s risk culture and risk appetite statement throughout their teams.
- Creates an environment in which his/her team pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
- Builds a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment, communicating vison/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team.
