We are hiring the best talent for a Country Leader Perú & Ecuador to be located in Lima, Perú. (Relocation Applicable).

**Purpose**:
The Country Leader for Perú & Ecuador is responsible for the countries P&L, developing and executing marketing and commercial strategies to grow the business in the short and long term locally in Peru & Ecuador territories. The leader has direct responsibility over the sales organization for the mentioned countries and is responsible for developing and executing local strategy for MedTech strategy as well as achieving sales and profitability targets of all platforms, markets and channels (direct and indirect). Develops, leads and ensures execution of business plans to meet short, mid
- and long-term business goals.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Peru y Ecuador MedTech go to market model, channel strategy, organization model design and talent development.
- Align the regional Marketing strategy to deployed locally to the countries.
- Responsibility for developing, executing, and tracking strategies to deliver in the countries.
- Builds strong, influential relationships with key external stakeholders in the countries, including key opinion leaders, health-care executives and potentially key local government officials
- Responsible for strong sales processes and implements SFE initiatives such as CRM following accurate targeting and segmentation
- Builds positive relationships and collaborates with critical internal and external stakeholders, including COE’s, functions, local organization, regional organization, etc.
- Brings to bear environmental trends and opportunities to drive cost‐effective, profitable growth.
- Ensures Health Care Compliance and integrity principles are championed and actively practiced at every level of the organization.
- Ensure an inclusive work environment.
- Responsible to develop the road map to ensure local alignment among the different areas.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Administration, Engineering or similar. Post-Graduate/MBA Preferred.
- 10 or more years of leadership experience in a combination of Sales and Marketing Management in the health industry.
- 8 or more years of People Management Experience.
- Proficiency in English language is required.
- Availability for travel (domestic and international)
