Role: Business Development Coordinator

Our Business Development department is a magnetic team whose main responsibility is to bring in new business and ensure our current client's expectations are met and exceeded. The main functions of this role are to assist the team in creating memorable moments for the clients by ensuring all requests and/or inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the team with any tasks needed to ensure the client has the best experience
- Own, respond and distribute all requests and questions in the shared BD team’s respective mailboxes.
- Manage the team's Service desk and ensure all requests are completed promptly
- Assist our Client Appreciation team with the execution of WOW moments for our clients
- Perform any additional tasks as they are assigned

Qualifications:

- Excellent time management, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Google and reservation management systems
- Detail-oriented, LOVES the small details
