Estamos buscando un(a) B2B Field Services Supervisor.

Objetivo del Puesto: Liderar y medir el desempeño del trabajo efectuado por las Cuadrillas, responsables de ejecutar la ruta de Field Service de las órdenes de servicio (cualquier tipo) para los clientes Home y B2B; con el objetivo de garantizar el cumplimiento diario en tal gestión.

Funciones del Puesto- Definir plan de muestreo diario, para las Ordenes de Servicio (OS) que generan Revenue (Altas Nuevas, p.e.)- Definir plan de muestreo diario, para las Ordenes de Servicio (OS) que NO generan Revenue (Averías, p.e.)- Ejecutar los planes de muestreo diario.- Aplicar checklist de evaluación de estándar de trabajo, en las cuadrillas muestreadas (EPP, Aspectos Técnicos, Aspectos de Servicio al cliente).- Mantener diariamente informado, a cada cuadrilla identificada, sobre su desempeño alcanzado.- Identificar oportunidades de optimización, en el consumo promedio de materiales por tipo de OS.- Ejecutar reuniones mensuales y por separado, con cada cuadrilla identificada, para garantizar el correcto flujo de información y la apropiada mejora de la efectividad del trabajo.- Generar reporte de evaluaciones, y compartirlo diariamente al Home Field Service Chief y Home Field Service Sr Manager.- Medir, mensualmente, los KPIs de performance definidos para cada contratista.- Garantizar la evaluación periódica del desempeño de todo su equipo a cargo, alineado a los resultados individuales, del departamento de Service Delivery, de la unidad de negocio Home y de la Compañía.

¿Qué te Pedimos?- Técnico y/o Licenciado en Electrónica, sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o ramas similares.- Conocimiento de fibra óptica y red HFC.- 2 años de experiência en puestos similares de supervisión.- Licencia de conducir.
