**About us**:
We are a leading distributor of packaging, janitorial, and foodservice products. Serving a wide range of industries, the company delivers high-quality, cost-effective solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs—backed by reliable products and exceptional customer service. Acme is currently seeking a skilled NetSuite Business Analyst to collaborate closely with their existing in-house NetSuite specialist.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**NetSuite and Integrated Applications Support**:

- Collaborate closely with the existing NetSuite Business Analyst.
- Configure workflows, custom fields, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues; recommend process improvements.
- Train and support end-users, ensuring optimal system utilization and efficiency.

**Testing and Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct **System Integration Testing (SIT)** and **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**to validate functionality.
- Document defects, track resolutions, and maintain detailed testing records.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality code and seamless system performance.

**Business Analysis**:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system improvements.
- Create detailed process flows and user stories to align technical teams and stakeholders.

**Project Management**:

- Plan, organize, and manage projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Maintain project tracking tools like ClickUp and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and dependencies, addressing challenges to keep projects on track.

**Agile and Scrum Leadership**:

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track team velocity, drive continuous improvement, and coach team members in **Agile practices**.
- Foster team collaboration to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality results.

**Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in **NetSuite ERP**, including workflows, customizations, lightweight configurations, and reporting.
- Skilled in conducting System Integration Testing (SIT) and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end-users.
- Proficient with project management tools like ClickUp and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication skills to document complex requirements and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years in business analysis and project management, with experience in **NetSuite ERP and integrated systems**. (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification, and Oracle NetSuite Certified SuiteAnalytics Associate. (preferred)
- Advanced English (required)

**Physical Setting**: Remote

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday - Business hours

Pay: S/.5,400.00 - S/.7,200.00 per month
