**The Company**
Globe 24-7 in partnership with a key client in South America, is working together to source a highly capable and motivated professional to join the Glencore Copper Project LATAM team.

**The Role**

**The Responsibilities**
- Conduct a comprehensive review of all existing change management materials and strategies related to the project, ensuring alignment with the project’s goals and the organization’s needs.
- Lead the execution of enablement initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to embrace and utilize the new software effectively.
- Oversee the development and distribution of communication materials, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging across all levels of the organization.
- Drive leadership and user engagement by actively involving key stakeholders in the change process, fostering a culture of openness, and addressing any resistance to change.
- Oversee the planning and execution of user acceptance testing phases, ensuring feedback is captured, analysed, and addressed to enhance the software’s usability and adoption.

**The Requirements**
- 5-10 years of experience in a senior change management role, specifically within global companies and involving large-scale software deployment projects.
- Demonstrated ability to review, adapt, and execute comprehensive change management strategies effectively, with a focus on software implementation.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with teams, lead initiatives, and support the change process across various locations.
- Great command of written and spoken English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive user engagement and adoption.
