DESCRIPTION

A multinational company is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join its team in Lima as a Communications and Public Affairs Manager and to fulfill the following responsabilities:

- Define and implement communication strategies in line with the company’s business objectives.
- Support in the creation of various types of content, including press releases, articles, photos, publications, social media posts and advertisements, with the communication competence to deliver technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proactively suggest, plan and support production of content for owned channels, with high focus on creativity, storytelling and Search Engine Optimization.
- Support the development and execution of strategic public affairs plans to advance the company’s objectives in Peru.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Peruvian government entities and regulatory bodies. This includes organizing and facilitating meetings, events, and engagements to support the company’s goals.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote the company’s values, services, and innovations in the market.
- Monitor and analyze political, regulatory, and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to the company.Support company events and trade shows, as well as coordinate small local events and seminars.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Postgraduate degree and/or undergraduate degree qualification, preferably in communications, public relations, journalism, business, economics, political science, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience of at least five years in communication, marketing, public relations, multinational or diplomatic-governmental roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. C1 -C2 Level.**(M**andatory
