We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Senior Manager of Public Relations (bilingual)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key public and business stakeholders, guiding public policy decisions, and ensuring the company's operations align with regulatory frameworks. This is a highly impactful role that requires a combination of strategic thinking, public relations expertise, and business acumen.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with key public and business stakeholders, especially with the largest business groups in Peru. Focus on advancing collaborations that support the company's goals, particularly in driving market growth and securing regulatory approvals.
• Gain market access, and eliminate trade barriers to create a favorable environment for the ICT industry. Establish communication channels with relevant public areas to ensure safe operations.
• Build and maintain strong, sustainable key public stakeholders' relationship, including associations and regional entities. Ensure that the company's interests are effectively communicated and represented at all levels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, public relations, and business units, o ensure alignment in advocacy strategies, communications, and business objectives, while addressing regulatory issues impacting the ICT industry.
• Continuously monitor macro-level political, regulatory, and market conditions. Identify emerging risks, opportunities, and trends, and provide strategic advice to senior leadership on potential impacts to the business.
• Represent the company in high-level discussions with government officials, industry associations, and external stakeholders. Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to internal leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand reputation, manages media and influencer relationships, and handles crisis communications.

Qualifications
:

• 8+ years of experience in public relations, government relations, or public policy within the technology sector. Demonstrate experience working with public entities and business stakeholders, expertise in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, from public officials to business leaders and tech advocates.
• Knowledge of Technology Regulations; familiarity with regulations affecting the tech and digital sectors in local market; including data privacy, digital infrastructure, and tech policy, with the ability to anticipate risks and opportunities.
• Deep experience in public policy analysis and advocacy, with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies that influence industry regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Advanced English skills.

• Ability to work effectively across departments to ensure aligned communications and strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to present complex topics clearly to both internal and external audiences.
• Proficient in conducting research on policy issues, gathering data, and providing actionable insights that guide company strategy.
• Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking, ability to identify challenges in regulatory landscapes and propose innovative solutions that align with business goals.
• Strong skills in preparing presentations and reporting and delivering clear, persuasive reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
